Covid-19:

Please be aware of the following additional conditions following government guidelines:

ID:
All guests attending the venue must have a form of ID (Driving Licence, Passport, or Pass Card) if they do not have ID they will be refused entry.

Household Mixing:
All bookings must be from the same household/bubble/student accommodation with a maximum of 6 people per table. Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a disclaimer stating that you are from the same household/bubble. This is required otherwise entry will not be permitted.

Track & Trace
All guests are advised to download the NHS COVID 19 app which they will need to use upon entry. This is required, otherwise, entry will not be admitted.

All attendees are required to stay on their tables seated for the duration of the event. Dancing and shouting are not permitted.

As per the new government guidelines, hospitality venues can still host larger numbers in total but groups of up to 6 must not mix or form larger groups. (Source: GOV.UK)
 

If you are a party of 6 and over, you will either have to reduce the size of your party OR be aware that your party will be separated into different tables of a maximum of 6 people.

Face Coverings

  • Customers in hospitality venues must wear face coverings, except when seated at a table to eat or drink. Staff in hospitality and retail will now also be required to wear face coverings (from 24 September).
  • People who are already exempt from the existing face covering obligations, such as because of an underlying health condition, will continue to be exempt from these new obligations.
  • Guidance stating that face coverings and visors should be worn in close contact services will now become law (from 24 September).

Businesses

  • Businesses selling food or drink (including cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants), social clubs, casinos, bowling alleys, amusement arcades (and other indoor leisure centres or facilities), funfairs, theme parks, adventure parks and activities, and bingo halls, must be closed between 10pm and 5am. This will include takeaways but delivery services can continue after 10pm (from 24 September).
  • In licensed premises, food and drink must be ordered from, and served at, a table.
  • Customers must eat and drink at a table in any premises selling food and drink to consume on site (from 24 September).
  • Businesses will need to display the official NHS QR code posters so that customers can ‘check-in’ at different premises using this option as an alternative to providing their contact details once the app is rolled out nationally (from 24 September).
  • Businesses and organisations will face stricter rules to make their premises COVID Secure (from 28 September)
    • Businesses must remind people to wear face coverings where mandated.

We have taken precautions to keep both our customers & our staff safe at The Reggae Brunch.

Upon arrival at the venue, you will be asked to take part in a mandatory temperature check with a thermometer.

We require all customers to fill out a form with their name, email, address, and mobile number. We require a valid government-certified photo ID to cross-check with your details. Due to government guidelines, the data collected will be used for track & trace and kept on file for 21 days.

We advise all customers to wear a mask whilst attending the venue and hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the venue. 

Customers are required to remain in their allocated area in the venue and drink orders will be taken by a member of staff or management.

Customers are required to let a member of staff or management know when they require a cigarette.

Customers will have access to bathrooms one person at a time & this will be monitored by a member of staff.

(Please check symptoms) 10 days before the event, please note if you have any symptoms we will be unable to take your booking however if you have already purchased a ticket / or have a reservation, we will be able to rebook you in for a future date.

Please note if you have purchased tickets for an upcoming event, and the event has to be postponed, we will not be offering refunds, however,  we will be able to transfer your tickets to a new date.

If these guidelines are not met to The Reggae Brunch standards, management retains the right to refuse service entry to the venue.
